ESI provides opportunities for Christians with no prior teaching experience to serve God overseas through teaching English as a Second Language. A rigorous 5-week training period prepares candidates for their cross-cultural classroom experience. The home office, fellow ESI teachers, and teammates play a significant role in the spiritual and emotional encouragement needed throughout the year.
